\r\n\r\nUpon completion of theorder process online you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt ofyour order. Please note that at this point, you order has not been accepted.All orders are subject to acceptance by us, before dispatch. Should beexperience a problem regarding this, our Customer Service Representatives willbe in contact with you. Upon acceptance of your order you will receive a ‘DispatchConfirmation’ email. This means that your order has left Effect Silver Londonand is now being shipped to your specified address.

\r\n\r\nPlease note that theprices of items on our site are liable to change at any time. These changeswill not affect orders that have been placed before this time.
\r\n\r\nAll process displayedon our website will be viewed as correct, except in cases of obvious error.These prices exclude delivery charges which will be applied upon checkout.

\r\n\r\nUpon receipt of anorder and confirmation of payment in full, our standard delivery time isusually 48-72 hours. If we receive an order on our website before 2pm we aim todespatch the order the same day. If your order is for a personalised item,please allow an additional 3 working days for the despatch of your order.
\r\n\r\nIf an order is placedfor multiple items, of which one or more are out of stock, we will aim todispatch the available items within our standard shipping despatch times. Theremaining items will be help on back order until they are in stock. Theestimated dates for these will be provided for you on your despatch note,included within your order. Should there be a delay, for any reason, ourCustomer Service Representatives will contact you to discuss how you wish toproceed.

\r\n\r\n\r\nReturn Policy and Instructions
\r\n\r\n-Returns Policy
\r\n\r\nHere at Effect SilverLondon providing the best quality products and service is extremely importantto us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return thegoods to us. We require that these items are returned unused and in theoriginal packaging, within 14 days. Should this be upheld, we will happilyprovide a refund or, alternatively, exchange the item.
\r\n\r\nEffect Silver London will accept full responsibility for a broken item that isdeemed a manufacturing fault and will happily refund, replace or exchangeaccordingly. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that have beenaccidentally broken. All damaged returns will be subject to an inspection bythe Returns Department before a suggested course of action can be discussed.
\r\n\r\n\r\nJewellery, by its very nature, is delicate and as such may need repairing fromtime to time; with this in mind we offer a high quality, value for money repairservice. If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a replacement at adiscounted purchase price.
\r\n\r\nRegrettably, deliverycharges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned thatarrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. Goods received damaged intransit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery, provided you inform usof any breakage within three days of receiving the order.
\r\n\r\nRefunds will beprocessed according to the method of payment originally used for your order.Should this be unacceptable, please contact us to discuss this matter with aCustomer Service Representative.
\r\n\r\n\r\nReturns for refundreceived after 14 working days will be offered a Customer Credit for use ontheir next order. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives shouldyou be delayed in returning your parcel.
\r\n\r\n\r\nProducts that havebeen personalised in any way are non-returnable. This includes the personalisedjewellery collection and rings that have been resized.

\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, anyparcels returned from an international address will be at your own cost. Wealso recommend a free receipt of postage be obtained when returning orders fromoverseas as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Should you wish togift a voucher you may send this direct, via email, to the recipient or send toyour personal email address for use at a later date. There is no time limit foruse of voucher codes, once purchased. Please ensure you input the correct emailaddress details when purchasing a voucher.
