Warranty and Return Policy

We guarantee that the silver jewelry we offer comes with a sample of 925 (containing 92.5% silver (Ag) and 7.5% copper (Cu)).

All sold silver jewelery is marked with a state mark in a prominent place with the mandatory state signs according to the Currency Law and the adjacent regulations!

The guarantee is recognized only against a certificate and Cash Bon.

The warranty does not apply to:

• Change in silver color due to contact with mineral water, cosmetics or cleaning agents.

• Existence of mechanical damage (traces of striking, crushing, etc.)

• Lack of the certificate issued on purchase

If we can not remove the defect or replace the product, we will refund the amount paid within 1 (one) month from the date of the claim.

With careful attitude and proper maintenance, we guarantee that the aesthetic pleasure of using our jewels will last for years.

The purchased goods may be returned within 7 working days of receipt if:

• Not used

• is not in a commercially disturbed form

• is accompanied by the documents issued at the time of purchase

• All conditions under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act are met

When goods are returned, the transport costs are at the expense of the customer.
